In-Kind Donations

Do you have a product or professional service that may be of use to Art Road and its students?

There are many types of in-kind donations that can benefit a nonprofit organization like Art Road: useful classroom items, office supplies, consulting services by professional lawyers, insurance specialists, accountants and more.

Put your time, talent and treasure to good use for a great cause: bringing art class back to kids!

Art Road thanks Kapalua Floors for their sanding and refinishing of the art room floor at Edison Elementary.

Adopt Mustang Sally!

A $10,000 donation to Art Road will allow us to bring art class to 40 students for the entire school year. And, you will be the proud owner of Mustang Sally. Created on March 26, 2010 by 125 Art Road students and fourteen volunteers, the giant art dog was inspired by lovable thirteen-inch-tall "art dogs" created by students in our classrooms.  Contact us if you want to know more about adopting Mustang Sally.

News: Art Dog meets Bill Cosby

Art Road mascot Art Dog got to meet Bill Cosby in September. Bill Cosby was in town recently to promote Detroit Education with the "I'm In" campaign. Bill has long advocated the benefit of education and was happy to learn of the efforts of Art Road Nonprofit in Detroit Public Shcools. Our goal is to serve over 1000 students in 4 full schools in Southeastern Mchigan by 2010. To see how you may help us, read more.
