The goal of the Roots Series is to offer a space for both creators to express themselves from a new lens and for Detroit residents to interact with land and water stewardship ideas from a creative perspective. This multi-medium art exhibit is centered around an open ended question: What does land + water stewardship mean to you? We are open to an array of mediums such as visual art – painting, drawing, photography, video, music, poetry+spoken word, performance art…(Be creative and thoughtful!)
